Soultied terms of service
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Soultied when you use soultied.app, the Soultied browser extension, or buy Soultied Plus. Soultied is made and run by Vedanth Bhat, an individual in India (“Soultied”, “we”). Questions: hello@soultied.app.
What Soultied is
- The website is a small shared place for two people in a long-distance relationship. It's free.
- The browser extension keeps Netflix or Prime Video in sync between the two of you, with a chat and a little pixel couch on the show. Watch parties are free.
- Soultied Plus is a paid add-on that turns on cameras and voice in your watch parties and in your Soultied place.
Using Soultied
- You need to be at least 13, or the minimum age for online services where you live, and able to agree to these terms.
- You each need your own Netflix or Prime Video account, and you have to follow their terms. Soultied doesn't provide, copy or stream any show: it only keeps your two players in step. Netflix and Prime Video are trademarks of their owners, and Soultied isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
- Be kind. Don't use Soultied to harass anyone, to share anything illegal, or to share someone's picture or voice without their consent. Don't try to break, overload or get around Soultied's security, or to reach places or parties that aren't yours.
- What you put into Soultied stays yours. You give Soultied only the permission it needs to store it and show it to your person. The privacy policy explains what's kept and where.
Soultied Plus
- What you get: cameras and voice (hold T, or the Talk button) in your Soultied watch parties on Netflix and Prime Video, and in your Soultied place (its TV room, and the cameras window over Netflix or Prime Video). When one of you has Plus, it works for both of you, in that party or place.
- How long: a month is 30 days and a year is 365 days, counted from when you pay.
- Price: shown on soultied.app/plus before you pay, with any tax that applies added at checkout.
- One payment, no renewals. Plus never renews or charges you again by itself. When your time is up, it switches off until you buy it again.
- Your code appears on screen as soon as your payment goes through. It works in up to three browsers. Keep it to yourself: a code that's posted publicly or resold may be switched off.
- Calls go directly between your two browsers (or through a relay that can't see or hear them), so they also depend on your camera, microphone, browser and network.
Payments
- In India, payments are processed by Razorpay, in Indian rupees.
- Everywhere else, Dodo Payments is the merchant of record: it sells Plus to you on Soultied's behalf, takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles sales taxes such as VAT or GST. Dodo's own terms apply to that payment.
- Soultied never sees or stores your card or bank details.
Refunds
Ask within 7 days of paying and you get a full refund. The refund policy has the details.
Changes and availability
- Soultied is still growing, so features can change. Netflix, Prime Video or your browser can also change in ways that break something for a while; we'll fix what we can, as quickly as we can.
- If Soultied ever stops offering Plus while your code still has time left, you get a refund for the unused time.
- We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Responsibility
Soultied is provided as it is, without promises beyond those the law requires. As far as the law allows, Soultied isn't liable for indirect losses, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Plus in the 12 months before your claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Changes to these terms
New versions are posted on this page with a new date. A change never shortens or takes away Plus time you've already paid for.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, please write to hello@soultied.app first; most things can be sorted out quickly.
